Ipsilon Education: integrating cognitive approach and personality analysis in teaching

I have been working on summurizing the data from over 10 years of teaching experiences.  I have established a very effective teaching method integrating careful personality analysis of the students as well as cognitive approach.  Hope to spread this method to not only benefit the piano students but also to apply it in further areas such as music playing as a mean of therapy (especially for physical and mental disabilities in varied age groups) in the future. The summary of my case study and pedagogic material are to be introduced on this site soon!
